The easiest way is to find the company on some of these residential address labels, and write the Secretary of State of the State to investigate the fate of the company. Keeping all states (and usually means tax) of companies that do business in your state.

Just a quick search of these drugs seem to be the 1800s. I seriously doubt that there are businesses. If something is often purchased by large companies.
The best thing you want is to have you join your local library and look through some books on antiques. The other thing to do is find an antiques dealer in your area and describe the bottles to see them, whether it be pointed in the right direction.
